George is a senior reporting strategist at the end-to-end corporate communications agency Brunswick Creative where his responsibilities include helping companies navigate current and emerging regulation related to strategy, sustainability and governance reporting. George has helped a wide range of FTSE 350, AIM, private and pre-IPO companies across external communications channels to enhance disclosures and integrate key regulation into a purposeful narrative. George holds a Masters of Business Administration from Warwick Business School and The Investor Relations Society's Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR).

He is currently MD at BRR Media, a leading agency specialising in helping companies to create engaging online videos and live events for investor relations and critical stakeholder communications worldwide.
Prior to joining BRR Media, Julian worked in investment banking for 18 years, both on transactions and continuing advisory mandates across different teams in M&A, equity capital markets
Rob joined Inchcape plc, the leading global automotive distributor, as Head of IR in April 2023, having previously held senior roles at Plus500, Inmarsat PLC, Tokyo-listed Dentsu Inc, following their acquisition of Aegis plc in 2013, and Lonmin PLC. Prior to that he was Investor Relations Manager G4S PLC, and before moving into in-house IR, Rob worked for a number of financial communications consultancies.
Siobhán has more than 18 years’ expertise in Investor Relations, and more than 10 years’ capital markets experience in equity research and within investment management. She is currently Head of IR at Smiths Group, and was previously Head of IR at Spectris and Deputy Head of IR at BG Group. Prior to her career in IR, Siobhán was a research analyst covering the utilities sector at UBS, and also worked at a leading UK investment management company.
Rob joined the IR Society in January 2012 as head of marketing, with responsibility for the society’s marketing and sponsorship programme. In 2014 Rob’s role developed to incorporate all of the society’s membership activities, including member recruitment and retention and the identification of potential new member groups. In 2019 the roles further expanded to incorporate internal processes and operations.
Anneka joined the IR Society in May 2024 as Events Manager. Her most recent role was at the Association of Foreign Banks as Senior Practice, Events and Training Associate. Prior to that, she has worked in various membership organisations such as the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, British Council for Offices, and Industry and Parliament Trust, managing a wide variety of events and training programmes. Anneka has a degree in Event Management from Bournemouth University.

Anna runs a specialist investor relations search firm using her knowledge and experience of having worked in-house as a permanent IRO and IR consultant, as well as having been an Advisor.
Prior to Investor Relations, Anna worked for a high net worth individual and for several key figures at the Conservative Party, including Lord Saatchi, the Rt Hon David Cameron and the Rt Hon Theresa May MP.
Head of Investor Relations - Computershare Investor Engagement
Michael founded ingage in 2013 to provide Enterprise Investor Relations software solutions enabling easy, efficient engagement between companies and investors. Since the acquisition of ingage by Computershare in 2024, Michael is Head of Investor Relations within Computershare’s Investor Engagement business. Prior to ingage, Michael spent 18 years in the capital markets, 10 as a portfolio manager and buy-side analyst and 8 on the sell-side at Cazenove & Co, where he was a partner.
David joined Lazard as part of the Makinson Cowell team. He advises U.K. and international listed companies on all aspects of their investor relations and on communicating their investment propositions to the capital markets. David's clients come from a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, food retail, support services, and TMT. He works with investor relations departments, executive management, and Boards as a long-term retained advisor, as well as on Investor Perception Studies.
Holly is Head of IR at the FTSE 100 group Diploma plc. She has held senior finance and corporate communications in-house and advisory roles, most recently at financial and corporate communications consultancy, Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR), following 15 years in in-house finance, corporate communications and investor relations roles in the high-profile UK public transport sector.
Holly is Chair of the Education Committee, and has previously been a member of the Society’s Finance and Best Practice Committees. She completed the IR Society’s prestigious DELIVER programme in early 2021. Holly is an ACCA qualified accountant.

Kate Patrick has over twenty years’ experience working in investor relations both in house and advisory. She began her inhouse career with FSTE 250 Inchcape plc, before moving to FTSE100 Compass Group and was more recently Head of IR at a small cap non standard finance company. She has held roles across size and sector and is currently Investor Relations Lead at FTSE 250 Harbour Energy plc. Kate graduated from University College London with a First Class degree in Hispanic Literature.
Evelyne is an experienced investor relations professional with 12 years’ experience working in IR at FTSE100 companies. She is VP Director Investor Relations at Experian plc, where in addition to working across all aspects of IR, she’s lead a transformation of Experian’s ESG communication. Prior to that she spent 7 years in the BT IR team, which was voted No.1 in England in Extel for four years running. She began her career working in a number of finance roles across BT.
Madeleine has 12 years’ experience working in Investor Relations in both in-house and advisory roles. Her IR career began at Cookson Group plc, a FTSE 50 engineering conglomerate, and managed a demerger transaction which saw the company re-listed as two separate FTSE50 companies. Madeleine is now responsible for IR for UK corporates at Goodbody, Ireland's longest established stockbroking firm. Madeleine holds a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University.
Rachel has almost 20 years of experience working as a consultant in investor relations and communications. Rachel joined Emperor, a brand, digital and corporate communications agency as Senior Reporting Consultant in March 2016, to provide advice to Emperor's clients on reporting and communicating with their stakeholders drawing on best practice, industry trends and specific corporate objectives. Prior to this, Rachel spent 10 years at Aura Financial.
Richard is Head of IR at GBG, a global specialist in location and identity, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market. Prior to GBG, he had responsibility for investor relations at Aggreko, formerly the FTSE250 listed global leader in temporary power and temperature control. Notable achievements included our capital markets engagement to set out a Net Zero strategy, before working on the $3bn public to private sale of the Group to a private equity consortium.
Peter has been part of the investor relations team at NextEnergy Capital, a specialist solar investment manager, since 2021. He primarily heads the IR strategy, marketing, and communications for NextEnergy Solar Fund, a FTSE 250 investment company. Before joining NextEnergy Capital, Peter spent four years at the strategic advisory firm Maitland, where he advised listed companies, funds, and debt vehicles on investor relations strategy and engagement. He also provided outsourced IR services.
Will has spent five years in Investor Relations roles at BAT, a FTSE10 company, working across all aspects of the IR programme. He latterly headed up the Sustainability IR team and established BAT’s programme focused on readiness and compliance with the EU’s CSRD. Prior to BAT, Will was on both the buy-side, as a Portfolio Manager at Norges Bank Investment Management, and sell-side, at UBS and Redburn, focusing on Consumer Goods.
Maxime is a London-based IR advisor at FTI Consulting, bringing more than 10 years’ global experience in financial communications and stakeholder management. Maxime works with corporate issuers across EMEA to help them develop IR strategies, implement best practice investor disclosures and optimise their capital market positioning. Prior to FTI, Maxime was a Director at leading IR advisory firm Fairvue Partners.
Sandra is a senior investor relations advisor with 25 years of experience guiding companies through evolving capital markets. Prior to founding the investor relations advisory firm Level 48, she held leadership roles at global consultancies including Sodali & Co and Citigate Dewe Rogerson. She advises clients across the full spectrum of IR activity — from day-to-day investor engagement to high-stakes events such as capital markets transactions and shareholder activism.
Louise has had a range of investor relations and investor relations advisory roles, most recently as the Head of Investor Relations at De La Rue during an eventful three years which culminated in the agreed purchase of the business by Atlas Holdings in July 2025. She has also worked in investor relations in the real estate and venture capital sectors, as well as a corporate broker at both Cazenove and UBS. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Fay Dodds was former Vice President, Investor Relations at Burberry, having joined the company in September 2007 to establish its first dedicated IR team. She previously held the position of Director of Investor Relations at Experian and prior to that Director of Investor Relations at GUS plc from 2000, where she led all IR activity surrounding the eventual demerger of the group. Having graduated with a geography degree from St John’s College, Cambridge.

Douglas is Group Investor Relations Director at Lloyds Banking Group, having led the team since 2014 and been a senior member of the team at Lloyds Bank and subsequently Lloyds Banking Group since 2007. Prior to joining the Investor Relations team Douglas held management positions within Group Strategy, Group Risk and Private Banking having initially joined Lloyds Bank on the graduate development programme.

Recognised for strategic leadership, investor engagement, and sustainability initiatives across FTSE-listed companies.
Charlie has been working with technologies associated with investor communications for over 20 years. After an early career in the British Army, he joined Investis becoming Head of UK Sales and Partnerships in 2003. He later set up Orient Capital’s London office, before spending a brief period in IR consulting, where he realised that the IR community needs better insight, more than it needs advice. A firm believer in listening and innovating to solve problems, he launched QuantiFire in 2013.
Ross is an experienced IRO with both an in-house and advisory background. Originally in equity capital markets banking, Ross has over 20 years of in-house corporate experience, including FTSE100 businesses such as Rolls-Royce, where he was Assistant Director of IR; and Man Group plc, the alternative investment manager, where he was involved in a very wide range of capital raisings and corporate transactions for over a decade. Ross was a Director of the Investor Relations Society from 2015-25.

In here current role Amani supervises the Corporate IR product within Europe/Emerging EMEA and oversees critical client relationships, strategic partnerships, the introduction of new research products, and the expansion into new markets. She collaborates closely with Investor Relations and executive management teams, leading workshops to assess capabilities and shape IR engagement and outreach strategies.
She is a CIR holder and earned a BSc in Economics & Politics from QMUL.
Liz joined the IR Society in January 2022. Liz qualified as a lawyer with Linklaters, where she practiced in the corporate tax department for five years. In 2003, Liz joined the technical strategy department at the ICAEW where she was responsible for policy, representations and member guidance on various aspects of business law including company law, distributable profits, insolvency, data protection and workplace pensions. Liz graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA in Biology.

Anthony has over 20 years’ experience working for FTSE 100 and 250 companies in investor relations, communications, economic and strategy roles. Currently Director Investor Relations at WPP, one of the world’s largest marketing communications companies. Prior to this he was at Vodafone in a number of roles including Head of Investor Relations. Before this he worked for Corus Group, as Acting Director Investor Relations, and its predecessor British Steel, as an economist and strategic adviser.
Holly has held senior roles in Investor Relations at Wickes, Aston Martin and easyJet. Prior to IR, she spent 15 years as an investment analyst and portfolio manager, in equities and credit, at Aviva, F&C, and Baring Asset Management and in a senior role at a hedge fund. Outside the corporate world, she developed and marketed a niche consumer product which she invented, patented and brought to market. Katya has 20+ years in international capital markets. She judged the IR Society 2021 Best Practice Awards in ESG Communications and published an article in the IR Society Journal. Katya chaired the Board Effectiveness & Stakeholder Governance working group at the Institute of Directors' Center for Corporate Governance. With 14 years in investment banking, she has also served on boards of impactful organizations like the Global Leaders Program and the London Symphony Orchestra.

Professional Development Administrator - IR Society
Leila is the Professional Developments Administrator at the Investor Relations Society, where she supports the growth and development of the community. Prior to this, she spent nearly seven years at the International Dispute Resolution Centre, coordinating legal proceedings and managing the reception team, she is now transitioning her skills into the investor relations sector. Leila holds an LLB (Hons) in Law with Business from Brighton University.
Liz brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, spanning FTSE 100 to FTSE 250 organisations. She has spent the past decade specialising in Investor Relations, most recently at Foresight Group, a FTSE 250-listed investment manager. Since joining Foresight post-IPO in 2021, Liz has led the development of its Investor Relations programme and was appointed to the Executive Committee as Partner, Corporate Affairs in November 2024.
Claire joined SEGRO as head of IR in 2018. Prior to this she spent 10 years working in corporate access origination roles at first Goldman Sachs and then Exane BNP Paribas with a focus on banks, insurance and real estate. She started her career on the equity graduate scheme at Goldman Sachs.
Joined in July 2024 from the Royal Aeronautical Society, moving into Membership Executive role at the IR Society which more closely aligns with his professional interest and career goals.
Prior to that he held fundraising and events roles at the British Heart Foundation, The Diocese of Westminster, DEC, and Citibank.
Simon is President Investor Relations at Wood Group. Prior to that he was Director of IR at Babcock International, from 2018-2021. He was previously Head of Investor Relations at Johnson Matthey Plc, a chemicals company, and helped reset their equity story in 2017. Before that, Simon worked at Vodafone for a number of years including roles in business intelligence, commercial finance and four years in their investor relations team. He is a Chartered Accountant and started his career with KPMG.
Daniel’s experience is in advising corporates on improving dialogue with investors, engagement with key stakeholders and effectively communicating their purpose and ability to create sustainable value to the outside world. Daniel and is a member of the QCA Governance Expert Group and a CSE Certified Sustainability Practitioner. He also holds the Certificate in Investor Relations and frequently runs thought leadership campaigns in both the corporate comms and sustainability space.

Tara joined the IR Society in September 2018 as Professional Development Executive. Tara was previously at Old Mutual Group working as an Investor Relations Co-ordinator in their IR team. Prior to this Tara lived and worked in Sydney, Australia. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Prior to joining the Society, Matt held senior roles for representative membership organisations within financial and professional services, including UK Finance, the Chartered Insurance Institute, and TheCityUK. Matt is a Non-Executive Director at the Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO) and has an MBA from Bayes Business School.
Stuart is currently Head of Investor Relations at International Airlines Group (IAG). Prior to this Stuart was in similar roles at Capita, easyJet, National Express and Eurofins Scientific. Stuart holds a degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Accountant having qualified at PwC.
